Spirit and Family

We're kidding ourselves when we think that saying a prayer at mealtimes is enough of a daily reminder of God in our lives. Every person has to develop his or her own walk with our Creator. As parents, our relationship with God is a model for our children. What are you teaching your kids about God?

In this workshop we will:

• Examine our deepest, most relevant beliefs about God and the nature of the Universe
• Learn how these beliefs are effecting our children
• Define for ourselves what we want our children to know about God and the activity of God in our lives
• Explore fun ways to bring God to the forefront of our daily lives and, especially, our interactions with our children

I think this is some of the most important work we have as parents. As Albert Einstein once said, "The most important decision any person will make is whether or not the Universe is Good." My dream is that every child can choose to see God and His Creation as Good. In order for this to happen, every parent must do his or her part!

This is a great workshop for any church group -- no matter what your denomination. I can work with any group to bring your beliefs about God into your families. My goal is not to teach you about MY God, it is to help you to realize your own beliefs around God and to teach you how to better bring those beliefs to your children. I belong to an inter-denominational church and I am very comfortable with differnt belief systems.
